RELAXATION, VISUALIZATION and PRAYER

Often your spirit needs rejuvenation, nourishment and a sense of contentment. Civilizations have believed for thousands of years that our body, mind and spirit are sown together with threads of emotions. As you will come to realize relaxation, visualization and prayer are the strength of each thread.
No single religion can take credit for incorporating relaxation, mediation and prayer into their worship but every civilization has used these emotional actions as part of their creed. They have all developed and practiced relaxation, visualization and prayer techniques to nourish, rejuvenate and naturally heal the human trinity (body mind and spirit).
Take a few moments to draw on your life experiences. Search your moral fiber for the definition of relaxation, visualization and prayer and record them below.

Now that you have defined relaxation, visualization and prayer; write your plan to implement these three emotional actions into your daily life. This will require discipline, structure and commitment.
I will relax for 10 minutes each day for the next 21 days. Below are the action steps I will use.
